How long do most investigations last? While some cases are solved in a matter of hours, others may take weeks - it depends on the nature of the investigation. Once we've met with you for an initial assessment, we can usually give you a good idea of how much time it will take to solve your case.

Can all your findings and reports be used in court? We document everything we do in writing and provide you with a detailed report of the surveillance.  We also include photos or video footage.  We make sure that our investigations comply with state and federal laws to be sure our findings can be used in court.

What's should I do before hiring a private investigator? Obviously, you want to make sure that you're dealing with a reputable firm that has top investigators and a proven track record. You also want to be personally prepared to deal with the effects of the investigation. We urge our clients to start thinking now about they will handle the information we uncover. What will they do with the information they get? How will it impact them? Their family? Their future?

Do you offer attorney services? While do not employee attorneys on our staff, we do partner with leading attorneys here in the Atlanta area who can handle legal matters for us and can provide counsel for our clients. We'll be happy to recommend an attorney if you need one.

Will anyone else know that I hired your firm? Your relationship with our firm is strictly confidential, and no one will know about this relationship unless you tell them or give us permission to do so. Usually, our investigators and those directly involved in the case (such as an attorney or a computer forensics expert) will know about the investigation. However, if we uncover illegal activities, we are required to report them to the police.

What qualifications does your team have? All of our investigators are licensed by the Georgia Board of Private Detectives and are members of The Georgia Association of Professional Private Investigators. We strictly adhere to the Investigators Code of Ethics as well as all state and federal laws.

What if you can't solve my case? It has never happened. Most of our work involves infidelity cases, and by the time a client comes to us, they usually have a good indication that something is going wrong - even if they can't prove it themselves. Unfortunately, their suspicions are usually right. Given the time and resources People committing adultery always leave a trail of evidence. If we are given the time and resources, we will find out the truth. Occasionally, we find that that the client was not being cheated on after all. What if I'm concerned for my personal safety? If you are ever threatened or feel that you may be in danger in any way, you should contact your local police immediately. Then, get in touch with us. We can provide surveillance, escorts, and other services as well as recommending the best course of action you can take to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Are your findings confidential? Do you keep copies of everything? Yes, all our findings are confidential, and we keep all originals of video, photos, and surveillance reports.

How much does a typical investigation cost? Your initial one-hour confidential consultation with us is complimentary, and at that time we can assess your case and estimate costs. Our rates are competitive, and we work hard to provide the most cost effective solution for your particular needs. Like most PI firms, we normally ask our clients to provide upfront payment for services; however, unlike most agencies, we do not ask clients to pay a large retainer fee.

How can I save my marriage? We believe that you cannot heal a damaged relationship until you know the truth. Our job is to help you find out the truth. Then, you must decide how you will handle that truth, and we can recommend qualified counselors who will help you take the next steps.
