INFIDELITY AND DOMESTIC INVESTIGATIONS

Surveillance - Simply stated, surveillance is the covert watching of an individual to determine his or her actions. This can be done from a fixed location or through mobile surveillance, depending on the situation. Mobile surveillance can be on foot or in a vehicle and a typical surveillance will involve both. Our licensed investigators make every effort to dress and conduct themselves to suit the particular situation and environment required by the investigation. Photographic and video taped documentation is obtained and provided to the Client along with a detailed written report.

GPS Tracking - With a GPS tracking device attached to the vehicle of the person under surveillance we can immediately track their movements and provide you with a daily print-out of their activity. With heavy traffic and unpredictable road conditions, a GPS tracking device is installed on the car to ensure a successful surveillance. The device is installed on the car so that is it virtually undetectable. Due to Georgia Law, a GPS unit can only be installed on a vehicle belonging to you, someone you are married to, or someone to whom you are a legal guardian.

Child Custody - If a parent conducts themselves irresponsibly while the children are in his or her care, you need to know about it. Through surveillance we will be able to document drinking, drug use, reckless driving or driving under the influence~ endangering your children. This documentation could give you the leverage you need in court to guarantee that your children will be well cared for.

Semen Detection - For many people a positive semen stain detection result is all the evidence they need to make an informed decision about their relationship. During and after a sexual encounter, bodily secretions can remain for up to 72 hours and are deposited on a number of items including clothes, undergarments, discarded bathroom tissues and bath towels. If semen is detected on the clothing of a female and no sexual contact has occurred between husband and wife, then the indications of infidelity are present.
