What to Expect From Your Initial Consultation
We offer a free consultation to all potential clients. Prior to engaging our services, we encourage you to come to our offices and meet our team of professional investigators and office support staff. We want you to feel comfortable explaining what your situation is and what kind of resolution you are looking for whether it is simply peace of mind, closure on a deteriorating relationship or hard evidence for a possible court case.
Once we know what makes you feel your partner is cheating on you, we can then formulate a plan based on your insight and information. We will familiarize you with the different techniques we employ to get you the answers you need. We offer GPS tracking as an aid to surveillance as well as in depth data base searches, computer forensics and good old fashion leg work.
After we have outlined a basic strategy for your investigation, then it is up to you how to proceed. If you decide to hire us, there are standard contracts and forms to complete, information about your spouse to collect, and a retainer to be taken. We accept most major credit cards, checks, or cash.
What we need from you to begin your investigation: We will need a photograph or two of your spouse, home and work addresses, description of the vehicle he/she drives along with the tag number. Any information you have about a possible paramour is of significant importance as well as phone numbers from his/her cell phone that are suspicious to you. Restaurants and other destinations your spouse frequents are always helpful. Any other information that you have that might aid us in our investigation is appreciated ~ subtle nuances can sometimes lead to great payoffs in information gathering.
What you will get from us at the conclusion of your case:
At the end of the investigation you will receive a complete package that will include a DVD of any video we have collected as well of prints of still photographs taken, written surveillance reports, and copies of any information gathered via database searches or other avenues of research. If need be, we will provide notarized affidavits of our observations and/or testify for depositions or hearings.
